Last year January 29, 2014 someone used my identity to open a cell c contract at cell c umlazi and it got approved on the 26th of February 2014, I received a mail post on March 2014 stating that I owe cell c about R800, so I went to cell c and told them I have never had a cell c contract or prepaid and had nothing to do with this, then they said I must write an affidavit and open a case and get a case number so they could transfer my case to the ***** department I did just that in march 2014 and got a reference number from cell c and haven't received any feedback since then. Last month I app**** for a student loan and they responded yesterday and they declined me and said I got default judgement by cell c I owe R9021, can someone please assist me in this matter I need this default removed by end of February 2015 otherwise I will have to de register from school, I don't know how cell c approved this contract because I'm a student and have never worked before and my name is spelt incorrectly, called cell c today and they told me my reference number is invalid, please assist ASAP. ?<br> <br> Thank you?
