********** Account - Cell C

So yesterday I was going through a pre-approval process for a bond until it came back denied after my credit check was done.

All thanks to Cell C and their *********** staff. There is an account (********** account) that is still open and active in my name.

All this after I have sent through my affidavit as well as proof of the individual using my ID details to open up the Cell C account. (Yes he was caught trying to open up more accounts at Edgars, I have proof of that too)

I was then told by Cell C that the contract opened up by this individual was cancelled but this is till active and showing that I have a Cell C contract that is in arrears. I suggest Cell C clears this up very fast before I take legal action against Cell C.

No call, no email in regards with this ********** account being in arrears yet it shows on my credit check that it's still active. You have made my life extremely difficult I suggest you clear this up before it gets messy.
