********** Account

I have had an issue with Cell C and a ********** account opened in my name. I have sent all documents they requested from me and they have not responded to me for over a year.

I have called call centres, ***** departments and even posted on social media and I have still received absolutely no assistance for over a year. I constantly get told to resubmit documents I sent long ago but no resolution follows thereafter.

I need urgent assistance as this is negatively impacting my financial standing and Cell C is not interested in helping.
