********** account, bad service
Cell C is useless. A ********** account has been on my name. Documents was request which was sent one and half months ago. Since then I have phoned twice to make sure they are working on my matter. I phoned today again because a debit order was processed on the bank account for the cell c account. I spoke to Monica masia who asked me send documents that was sent one and half months ago. Monica masia is, working without a manager or team leader present. The service is appalling. I want that ********** cell c contract closed.
