********** ACCOUNT AT CEL C

I reported a ***** case with Cel C mafikeng in February 2019 when I noticed money being deducted from my account. It was my first time experiencing this and this did not have info on documents needed to prove that indeed my name was cleared. I sent all the docents required which was a police affidavit and a copy of my ID. Today I just discovered that there is still a blacklisting done in my name. I can't access credit to further my life. I was never contacted nor cleared. I have sent emails to their customer services including their store in Mafikeng. I could not register my child at a university due to this inconvenience. The manager in Mafikeng by the name of Herbert was handling my case. I will never in my life use Cel C services. They don't have professionalism ..
