********** Account active after 4 months

********** accounts where opened in my name and money was been deducted from my bank account. l have never opened a Cell C account, in April l reported this to Cell C and was informed that the accounts will be closed but to my surprise the accounts are active and have accumulated a bill of R31000 plus and this amount is now listed on my credit record and this has affected me greatly.Can Cell C assist to urgently clean my records ASAP. l have tried to call your call centre with no success.
