I have been getting statements that I owe Cell C a sum of money but do not have any connection to and accounts with Cell C. Upon enquiring, they seem not to have any knowledge why I am recieving these statements. When checking my credit report recently it shows I have missed payments on my cell c account resulting in a low credit score. Please assist.
