I have no idea what it is that I need to do with Cell C, I have previously logged a complaint about a ********** contract that was opened on my name. An agent by the name of Moses Mo***eng contacted me requesting for an affidavit and my ID copy, I sent all those documents through to him and he promised that he will get back to me within 2 weeks. It has been over 2 months now and every time I contact Cell C helpdesk, they tell me that I must wait. I have been waiting for a long time now and somehow Cell C does not understand that this ********** contract is affecting me and my credit record and somehow you do not understand that you are the ones who opened an account on some one thinking they were me, you did not do the correct procedures when making sure that the person who opened the account is me. Please assist me, this is the 3rd time I am trying to resolve this issue.
