I have a serious problem with cell C, I reported to them several times regarding the ********** account that was opened on my name. They kept on promising me that they will resolve the problem and until today they haven't. I just noticed now that they have deducted an amount close to R3000 from my account. I am so frustrated right now because it seems as if they are not serious about helping me. I am now considering closing the data account I have with them if this is how they treat their customers.

The matter has not been finalized as yet, in the interim, both accounts have been cancelled and a credit needs to be passed for both lines which will offset the amount billed, as soon as it has been cleared which should be after the 7th of February then clearance letter will be provided.
