********** ACCOUNT

I reported ********** account that was open under my name on the 05th of December 2017 and until today when I do follow up they tell me that they will call me back. I have send them emails doing follow up but there is NO respond.

I went to Cell C store in Clearwater Mall numeral times but there is nothing going on as they cant assist me from the store level and they also tried to send emails to Head office but it seems like everyone is dead in Head office.

they advised that a matter of this nature normally takes 21 working days. Can someone from Cell C wake because this is unacceptable.
