I am Gugulethu Kubheka I have problem with cellc which there is a ********** account that was opened under my profile and there was money debited from my account I went to cell c store at Jabulani mall the Guy by the name is Sifiso attended then he told me to make affidavit and certify my ID that I did not open an account I went to police station then came back he emailed the document to the head office that was January 2019 then each and every month money was debited and I reverse the debit which is costly then I was called buly Blake and associate to pay the account then I explained what has happened and they told to send again the affidavit and certified copy of ID so that they can investigate and close the account then last month I received an sms from MBD which now is sending me the very same sms that I must pay when I call cell c they r taking me from pillar to post and my house application have been declined because of the cell c credit record can hello Peter help
