Cell C has a 3rd party contractor sending people with Cell C branded clothing and I'd badges into small towns. These people claim to be giving away free sim cards and ask for your number after which they port you to Cell C. You are then left with the mess of porting your number back to your original Network, etc which takes days. I've called Cell C twice and they say there's nothing they can do. Yet these people are still walking around committing this *****
