Ref No. ********** 547. Your promises regarding the MiAssist Service has meant nothing. You telephonically promised to refund me, instead you are now deducting funds from my account via a 3rd party company Stratcol. I call that *****!!!! I will not hesitate to take this to the SAPS ***** unit, unless the money is paid back to me and my wife's account.
