*****ULANT ACTION BY CELL C
<p>After reporting the actions of Cell C, they did contact me to offer me a part refund of the total amount involved. They would have come back the following day but never did. Up to day, nothing has happened and I have not received any refund. So, as far as I am concerned, they have still acted *****ulantly and I am still disgusted in their service.</p>
As per our system on the 27 February 2017, we received your complaint and we requested one of our consultants to assist and you were contacted and compensated the same day. There is no ********** act on your account.

I received a message this morning 14 March 2017 that you have paid the money into my account today. You did not refund it on 27 February 2017 stated. I hate it when people lie to make them look good, and for a company to do that is even worse.
