*****ULANT ACCOUNT OPENED ON MY NAME BY A CELL C STAFF MEMBER
YET AGAIN CELL C DOES NOT RESPOND TO E-MAILS NOR CALLS... I HAVE BEING TRYING TO RESOLVE A QUERY SINCE MAY LAST YEAR TO NO AVAIL .I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS CALLS AND SENT JUST AS MANY E-MAILS . STILL NO RESPONSE. I THINK THAT I SHOULD JUST STOP PAYING FOR MY CONTRACTS MAYBE THEN SOME JUST MIGHT CALL CALL ME . I AM CURRENTLY ON HOLD FOR THE LAST 15MINUTES LISTENING TO A ****PY INSTRUMENTALS . CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

18 Jan 2022, 16:11No nothing was delivered .... my current contracts were duplicated and my old banking details were used . i am now getting calls from debt collectors insisting i make payments which is frustrating. i sent an e-mail to them and cc'd your ***** department as advised by your call center agents.. i still to date have not received any feedback from anyone
