*****ulant account opened in my name

I was in desperate need of money and i went to capitec bank for a loan to my suprise they tell me i cnt get it because im in arrears at cell c worth of R14000 and they cnt assist me tobmy shock i went to the nearest cell c branch to query this. When i got there it shows that ive got an account but to my suprise they dnt even have a copy of my ID nor proof of income they js have my ID number bt have no records to show, when i ask for a statemwnt they tell me the statement is nt available, my question is how does one get a contract phone with cell c wthout any documentation but just with an ID number this is insane how is that possible now my name is tarnished because of incompetence please guys do something about this and your ***** department is giving me the run around cellbc is costing me a lot.Its wat you call bad client or custoner service you need to have measures placed in order to have competency,
