I logged a complaint with Cell C ***** department 02 January 2020 regarding 2 ********** cellphone contracts. After submitting all the necessary documents I received a letter that the accounts has been terminated on 10 January 2020. Much to my dismay on 14 September 2022, i received an email from SSD & Associated informing me that my Cell C account is in arears. I call Cell C to enquire on the same day and the lady advised that she cannot she any active account. I spoke to the debt collecting department and they want me to submit previous documentation again. i am frustrated because why must i go through this process again. It takes time and completely unnecessary and to my detriment affect my credit score.
