I have cancelled my subscription many years ago with this company as I only used the number a few times After the two years I then cancelled the subscription. they stopped the deducting my bank account, but after a year or so they started deducting my bank account via debit order witch i then Contested. They stopped deducting again for a period but is now taking monies from my account. About 3-4 months ago I spoke to a gentleman, I think Korabo at the call center who told me that they are trying to get a last payment before the can stop the contract. I payed the money into there account. They are still trying to take money from my account, I am charged a no pay fee to the bank. Please could you help or give advice. I have tried today to contact there customer care line but can not speak to a consultant as I have to input the mobile number. I do not know the number as I hardly used the mobile
