On the 28 of February 2018 Cell C debited R 472.61 on my account, I do not have a Cell C contract I immediately made an inquiry and I was told that someone open a contract using my ID Copy, I have never lost my ID copy it's always on my site the worse part they were using my old surname of which I have changed 2 years ago. The irritating part is that when I went to Cell C to ask for help the consultants act as if they are helping meanwhile nothing is being done, I have been speaking to Cell C consultants they have sent my documents twice to your ***** department but nothing is done or just a call to say ''we have your query we working on it '' How can you conclude a deal without verifying that you are dealing with the correct person unless your employees are the ones that are involved and you trying to protect them on our expense.My account is still being debited for something I have no part on, Which means you side with ********** since you are not doing anything. I am so shock with your service really I did not expect this from Cell C I will not recommend anyone to even take calls from your Sales Consultants, it's not safe at all......
