In March I took a contract of a cellphone and tablet and was suppose to pay R341 each month,upon taking the contact telephonically I told the that on the SIM they should put R50 airtime and 100mb of data as this SIM will be used by my 12 year old data,They agreed to do that but instead they gave her access to buy data using USSD dialing *147#, they billed me R3400 which I disputed and reversed as their consulted admitted that the fault was in their side,come month end they deduct the same amount again, now they are on my case saying I owe them R10000 which would not have gotten there had they done what they promised to do.Now they are harrasing me calling and sending email.i want the debt written off,I'm willing to pay for the actual phone and tablet but the data I refuse because they have it on record where I told them the SIM used by a child and i don't wanna pay more that R400
