People can i not be abused by the person called Gugu who just phoned me.
My last payment on my contract was July and is paid up, the balance on that statement is R0.00.
How then do i owe you people R75.00? I am not receiving no services from you people , please let me not be harrased.
Phone me when you are ready to explain to me why i should R75.00 and what is it for. I really don't have time for this nonsense.

All he did was to try and give me a crush course on CellC business as if i am interested. My question remains, if i am receiving a service from you every month of 100 minutes, why is that not reflected on any of the statements i have received from CellC for the past 24 months?
It is even wrong to say that such service is not reflected on your statements, yet i am billed for such service. I remain not liable for such and i will not pay at all
