*****ent account and no one is doing anything

once again no support from Cellc.. i have left a complaint about fruad being down on my account. and than no one bothers to give a damn. i checked my bill for this month and realise i have a damn new amount on my account for a damn upgrade i didnt do. so some damn person allowed an upgrade on my account knowing there is problems on my account. and some woman has a new phone on my name while cellc sends me the bill.. **** this. im sueing everyone i reported this problem too.. Rosebank cellc branch gave a woman an upgrade on my account.. not inpressed...
