***** within Cell C
Yesterday I received my credit report just to find an active account with Cell C...i don't have a contract with Cell C. I call them today and one says go to a store, the other says I'm handed over to legal they can't help me. How is it possible for Cell C to open a contract on my name without me being present or having any knowledge of an account with them. Now I must be inconvenienced and go to a store to open a ***** case. SERIOUSLY

26 Apr 2021, 13:28BS when I called your customer care they said I have to come to the store with my ID. I am now at your east Rand mall branch store and they have a different I must 1st go to get an affidavit and come back with my ID. This is an inconvenience to me when cell c allowed this obviously there is no security screening and due deligence when opening up accounts. It's a waste of my TIME to be running up and down for cell c...I am an average working individual.

26 Apr 2021, 14:54If you don't trust sending a copy of your ID and affidavit to *** for assistance with opening a ***** case, you can submit those at your nearest Cell C store and open a ***** case.
