***** with arrogance

********** debiting of my account without authorisation is the last straw. Two months of perpetual phone calls to correct Cell C's error of not ceasing my contract after been given instruction but continuing to debit my account for 6 month. Culminating in a ********** debit without authorisation of R2700.

I have spoken to 15 consultants who's modus is to stonewall any attempt to repair their mistake. Numerous requests that their unapproachable billing department fix the problem has fallen on deaf ears....Useless pathetic bureaucratic infested incompetence.
