***** victim listed as Perpetrator

After a ********** case in February 2019 was brought to my attention. I went thru the whole process of clearing my name and removing the ********** contracts. 18 month later i discover that my name is listed on the SA ***** list as a perpetrator and not as a victim. What the hell! Can this be rectified immediately!
