***** - Unauthorised cell c upgrade on my 061 number

In early December 2017 after numerous smses from Cell C since Sep to upgrade my contracts (2), i called in upgrading on my 084 number. I told the agent (lady) that I will confirm in early Jan 2018 if am to do the same on another line. Then i received sms after 3 days to say my 061 number is to be upgraded, then I called in to despute such. Strangely, early Jan 2018 received another sms for upgrating and i then called to despute once more and also to confirm migrating to prepaid. It was CONFIRMED THAT IT CANNOT BE UPGRADED. Today the 2018/01/15, Cell C Agent by the name NOMVULA, committed a ***** by upgrading my contract against my permissio. This ********* made my SIM card to loss airtime of R80.49 from my contract... I DEMAND CELL C TO IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE THIS ***** CONTRACT AND CONVERTING MY SIM CARD TO PREPAID AFTER JANUARY PAYMENT AND ALSO CREDITING MY AIRTIME.
