***** to keep contracts going

We upgraded our cell c contract in November 2021

They told us with our upgrade we should pay R200 extra and get 10 gigs which we agreed to and said it will be on our current number we have multiple contracts with cell c so we wanted to cancel one instead of adding the 10 gigs to the upgrade they added it to the one I wanted to cancel so I can't cancel that contract now which is *****

When we call them no one can help us and we've been to 5 departments spoken to everyone and all they say is they can't deal with it and they'll transfer us or call us back

I'm logging this as a formal complaint and will escalate the matter a lot further now
