Imagine paying my account I paid R11966.58 for both contract account *** and account ***

Only payment allocated to account *** paid up letter received outstanding amount was R9442.55 and also no payment allocated for debit order that went off on 25 November 2021 wee attached bank statement

Only debit order that went off on 25 November 2021 is allocated to account *** showing I still owe but the balance of R2554.00 not allocated to account *** I have been handed over but I paid

How can you hand over someone that paid both accounts in full and no payments allocated so what happens to the balance I paid I'm ****ed off and will never ever suggest to use cell c I even changed from cellc to vodacom because how do you do one so dirty that damn pays your account

See attached proof of payment, I'm left to open a ***** case because cellc have no right to hand me over if I paid check the payments I made and the two debit orders that went off on 25 November 2021 but not all payments or debit orders are allocated to my accounts I paid but I'm being handed over

Send me a senior or someones email address to send my bank statement and proof of payment so that I can send the bank statment and proof payment to receive a statment showing all my payments I made because cellc is useless as the bank statement and proof of payment was send numerous times to cellc if this not resolved by Monday at 4 pm I'm opening case of ***** against cellc
