***** sales, exorbitant debit order amounts - false hope
These guys took a ********** sale. A home connecta plan for 100gig and they acknowledged that the agent took a ********** sale as they listened to the call recording however the ones who called seems ******* as they provided false hope and empty promises as I got debited a ridiculous amount of over R2000 for something that is R389? There seem to be no honour in the the things they say and do. So are they going to pay me back what's due to me? And it's best that they cancel all my contacts as I don't see how I can continue using a service from such a company that will just give you feedback to get you off their back

06 Apr 2021, 09:47Empty promises, not a call received, terrible agents who hang up on you as well as no one knows what's going on.. Managers are always unavailable and I've received zero calls from the managers and now waiting for what seems like a month.
How do you guys expect me to take yourl serious if you can't honour the simplest of things. Again, over promise and undeliver. Not one of my request has been fulfilled by Cellc management which is so disappointing. Where's the customer service you speak of?
