After receiving confirmation that an agent from Cell C **********ly opened a contract with my details, I received an email saying that my account is in arrears. First of all, somebody stole my details which is infringement of the Protection of Personal Information Act.<br> <br> I don't understand what it is that I should do now since I am not getting any of my money back from Cell C and again I have to pay them some R68.77 for a ***** ACCOUNT.<br>
