***** regarding cell c contracts

I have been with Cell C on contract since 2008,last year they introduced some lousy product called getmore. A consultant called me and i told them i am not interested in the product. To my surprise cell c added the get more fees to my contract, i was not aware about it until December when i checked my invoice, it has increased with R70 +, i phoned Cell c and they gave me the number for Getmore, i requested to cancel and i opened a case of ***** because i have never signed up and never received a welcome pack, i then requested to listen to the recording, which never happened, they said someone will call me. I am still waiting.
