***** PURCHASE ON MY NAME!!!

I recieved a call 6 days ago requesting payment on 2 x cell c contracts openned in JHB. I informed them that i do not have any contracts with cell C and requested a copy of the contracts. These contracts were not signed by me, nor do i stay in JHB! I was refered to cell C customer care branch in Tygervalley, Bellville, Ct and spoke to Krysia, who completed all the documents in cluding my avidavid to ***** department. I am still getting calls for account payment and this has now impacted on my credit record! Im in the proccess of buying a house and this has not hindered the whole proccess!! I want these accounts cleared and my ITC rectified asap or i will need to address this in court with your company, not to mention the poor publicity you will recieve from this. I will give you one week to rectify your mistakes! Please note that todate NO ONE has contact me back with regards to this *****. Cell C can not be trusted as they do not do the nessesary credit and profile checks prior to granting credit nor do they ever contact you back to rectify these mistakes. I wonder how the NCR and CPA are going to repond to this?
