***** on account made in 2015 and still reflects on my credit profile!!!
In 2015 I was advised that I owed cell c money for accounts that I opened. I never had a contract with them I've been with Vodacom since I've opened contracts. Then I reported it as ***** as the account was opened in Durban but I reside and work in Cape Town and the surname was spelt incorrectly as it was opened by a Carmen Martin's but I'm Carmen Martin. I sent them the affidavit and yet checking my credit score today that ********** account is still linked to my profile. Please remove it as I have no connection with this account and do not want myself linked to ***** that was committed on my name. This should be removed from my name as it messes with my ratings.

15 Jun 2019, 10:00I received the call and was told that it would be rectified and I would receive an email by latest Friday, it's Saturday and I still haven't received anything. Even after I emailed the lady who contacted me.
Please don't say you going to do something and don't do it. And dont try and make yourselves look look by responding with automated emails either.
Just sort my issue out so that I don't have to deal with you guys again. That's it!!!
