***** Letter- no response from Maropeng Motana on my Query

i have been having a problem with Cell C since 31 December 2019 when a debit order came off my account and what came to my attention after thousands of calls, a contact was opened for me and i had no idea about i've been following up on this matter and i keep being told it it with the ***** department if not ***** its with Legal ive been sending mails to Maropeng Motana and the social media mail *** , 6 email follow ups and no response its as if i am talking to myself everytime. i am not happy at all as now im being told my ID is linked to ***** and i need that letter from Cellc so i can fix my life.
