***** happening to any Cell C contract holder

I have had a data contract with 2 data packages for 1.5 years. In January, in Mid January 2018 the ****les just stopped working, showing that they were not getting any network signal. A few days later went to Cell C sandton shop, spoke to Patrick who incidentally had signed me up on my packages at fourways mall 1.5 years ago. He told me I had had upgraded to 2 iphone contracts, which i never did. Upon checking in the system, someone had done a sim swap, 2 days before calling with all my details in hand, purporting to be me to get themselves 2 brand new iphone 8 on my account. Surely your agents are trained to raise flags when someone sim swaps and then upgrades almost immediately. Furthermore, the ********** person did another sim swap after the upgrade, probably to commit more *****, and still, your agents did not raise any flags on this. Now its been almost a week and your genuine customer has no internet service (am being told issue is with ***** section), yet the no efforts are being made to catch the perpetrator, who will obviously continue getting phones on clients accounts until he fills his shop with ****** phones. Is it perhaps why CELL C is claims to be "Top Employer" because employee give themselves perks by working in cahoots with ********* to de***** clients and they always get aways with it as the Security system loop holes are being extensively abused. This is definitely insider job and from the experience i have noticed, it looks all so normal. After confirming with Patrick that the voice on the call recording is not mine, then getting an affidavit from police, the issue was sent to Cell C *****, and that was the last I heard of the issue.

I thought this matter is now being dealt with with utmost urgency. No one has called me yet, and I am obviously still being charged for services that I am not using, and the inconvenience i am having to go through, at least grant me back access to my internet that i am paying for while you sort out your paper trail. Would that be too much to ask
