***** happening at CellC

I have no business relationship with CellC but they are buzy debiting my account. I have spoken to them but I am getting no joy as they continue taking my money. I was asked to submit my ID Copy, bank statement and affidavit of which I did and I was called and told they are investigating the matter. Below are dates and amounts taken by CellC and when I asked them to reverse my money they said I must visit the Bank to reverse. 2019/05/31......... R199.00 2019/06/09..….....R826.09 2019/07/25.........R326.09 and R500.00 I have spoken to these employees at CellC Nokwanda Nzama, PK Gabane, and Lebuwane who was so rude. Sorry to mentioned names but this is the proof to show that I'm trying sort this. Reversing debit orders affect my bank account and when they go to my account and don't find money I will be charged a fee by the bank and that will affect my account negatively.
