***** from the store and a bad managers attitude

I went to CellC in canal walk on 8.5.15 soke to someone about porting across and taking a new contract out, as written on the contract by the salesman, it was an iPhone 6, 128GB infinity silver @ R 1399 p/m x 24. The phone wasn't in stock but they said it would be there in a few days. A week later no one had called, & I went in to find the phone had been there with my name for a while already, I started signing for this&upgrading my wife, with a new consultant when he informed me it would be R1699 per month I said no I had agreed on an amount of R1399, he called the manager, Carl Books, who although could see it written on the previous contract, with a lot of attitude refused to even acknowledge what the previous consultant had agreed to. The original consultant then walked in, and agreed that was indeed the agreement,yet the manager still didn't bother sticking to what his staff had committed to.<br> I have it written on the contract yet the manager refuses to honour this.<br> And he has a terrible attitude towards his customers regardless of the facts in front of him.<br> This after I went to that store, because the staff at V&A never bothered to get back to me on my port.<br>
