*****!!! *****!!! *****!!!

On the 10th Feb & 18 MARCH again!!! I wrote a review about Cell C, there is a ***** account showing on my ITC, I spoke to many customer service agents at Cell C who confirmed I had no such an account and I must send an affidavit I did that and since did not receive any feedback, few days later I received a statement from Cell C **********ly back dating an account that came out of nowhere. RECEIVED IN 2020 THE Date on the statement was NOV 2018 I have never received any statements before I was reassured that there was no such account on my profile at Cell C numerous times, to my surprise all of a sudden I receive this after I sent the affidavit . I have been sending emails querying this, asking for them to supply proof, a contract anything that shows I took out this so called account, no response. Now I have a NIBLE account on my credit record with a CURRENT BALANCE Of R 2 569???? I NEED ANSWERS, I NEED PROOF, I AM TAKING THIS FURTHER
