On 14 December, someone at CellC allowed someone to upgrade on my account. I came to discover this when R299 came out of my account rather than R189. Now, normally when you upgrade, you get reference numbers etc sent to your cell ph, I received nothing. I called cell c and a case of ***** was opened, To date no update on the case, when you call you go from person to person. in the meantime, I reversed the R299 (I didn't give permission to take R299) low and behold this weekend they put through the debit order AGAIN. They do NOT have permission to take R299 yet they keep doing it. Long story short, I mailed them this morning stating they don't have my permission and that should they keep it up, I will lay ***** charges. I got an email back asking for an affidavit and copies of my bank statements, are they flipping kidding me, if they want confirmation they took my money they can check on their systems lol. It has now been 3 weeks, surely they should have sorted this by now.
