***** department poor service

I was a victim of ***** with Cell C in December 2019 it took them many months to firstly resolve the matter, after all that they have me listed with the SAFPS. we have been sending numerous emails to the ***** department with no response on having me unlisted as this is affecting my applications with delays. Siphiwe Dlamini <***> has not been responding to my emails or mails from the SAFPS team. i am not happy about this as i am not even a client of Cell C.
