***** department has no sense of urgency
From mid-2021, I have alerted Cell C on many occasions that I do not have a contract with them and that it was opened without my authority or knowledge. I have provided them with an affidavit confirming the same. I have had a clean credit record my entire life and it’s now affecting it! Their ***** department do not acknowledge emails. Fix this Cell C!!

I have NEVER had a contract with your company and you continue to load ********** Debicheck mandates on my bank account and on reversal you adversely affect my credit record. I will not be a victim of your ******** activity Cell C!!!
