*****, DAY LIGHT ******* AND MONEY MAKING SCHEME

On the 6th of January 2022 I got a phone call from Cell offering me a month to month data sim for R149.00 and for 20gigs (10 day and 10 night). I had 1 existing data contract for R99 for only 10 gigs (5 day & 5 night), so I thought I should cancel the 1 for R99 and take the other one for R149. On the date of delivery 2 sims were delivered which to my surprise I contacted cell c immediately and they cancelled the second sim, however they are charging me for it. Now I want to cancell the other sim which I kept when 2 were delivered, I am told I need to pay R3000 or so to cancel. I then asked why so much because the sim i Have its a month to month sim to my surprise a guy by the name of Dylan who assisted me on the day never mentioned that it was a 24month sim. I feel what he did was ***** because first of all I did not ask for 2 sim cards I mean why would I cancel one only to get 2, secondly he **** and told me its a month to month sim then boom its a 24 months contract. I want to cancel the data sim without paying R3000 and also I do not want pay for the second sim which was delivered, and also do not continue with the LTE 1 that I app**** today and DO NOT EVER CONTACT ME with your specials.
