********** billing for services cancelled Confirmation received of cancelation but still be debited for. Never opened a data account but being debited for it. Tried to cancel it and not even the stores could cancel it. All response I now get is ticket has been resolved if not fully satisfied reply to the email and the ticket will be reopened. Nonsense I tell you.

21 Dec 2022, 08:06It's been escelated since January. It must be dealt with. Escalation means you have more time to sit and do nothing till you can debit my account again and refuse to refund.

Cell C has for the last year ignored my requests even Cell C shops could not assist. The one shop was on the line with cell c for two hours just to be told as well they can't help. The shop assistant was shocked as well.
