Never take a contract with cell c, they issued me with a data sim card that I never signed up for which I struggled for month to cancel it. Sent emails with all the requested doc and I was informed that they will cancel and refund me . Till this day I have received a refund from cell c .

They expect me to pay my other contract that I have without my refund.
