***** Contract taken Telephonically

Someone took a phone contract in my name using my ID number and my account number telephonically with you. how do you not verify your customers?? this person even used my home address! I suspect it is an inside job! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!! how can you allow this? i want the voice recording of this telephonic contract and the signed contract document too to prove that im not the one who took out the contract. This has been going on for months and i have been to a Cell C store twice already with little help and im getting the run around. i have emailed the ***** department and im still waiting for assistance. i want all my money back!!!!
