***** contract not resolved

I am disgusted with Cell C to say the least. Two years down the line I am still faced with the same unresolved issue of ***** from Cell C. The only thing I have is a reference number.

In 2021 a ********** contract was opened in my name. I reported this issue and followed every instruction from Cell C but today I still have this contract appearing on my credit history as unpaid and in arrears. Every time I call Cell C I get thrown around from one call to another by these useless call center agents they have. Their so-called social media service is not responding to my emails. Another useless department. This is affecting my credit score badly and hence my business is affected. My next step now is legal action against Cell C.
