***** Contract

A CellC contract has been opened **********ly on my name, I contacted CellC last year September/October. They requested that I go do an affidavit at the police station and send it through to them with a copy of my ID. In November 2018 I took all the documents to a CellC store The Glen Mall, they said they will send the documents to their Legal department and get back to me within a week. The update was not done and somehow the contract is still opened and is affecting my credit score when I want to apply for anything. I have been contacting CellC everyday and I get transferred to this Legal department, I hold all day on the phone, they do not answer my calls. I hold for hours and every time I call the agents they all tell me that the Legal department is very busy. It is not possible that I can hold for over 2 hours a day and no one answers. I am using my up my airtime everyday, It is not a free call. I am very disappointed and I have not been assisted an any way.
