***** company and highly ***********

Good day Cellc is the worst mobile company by far from day one of getting a contract with them its been a one mess after another. I called in on the 1st of March to request for 1 of my lines to be cancelled, I told that I did not pay for the previous month I had payed on the 1st of March and they advised that they could not see it as yet on their side . I then offered to send them a proof of payment and they declined to have me send them proof that I had payed them , i was told to call the next day to check . I called the next day and they advised that it still does not reflect to call the next day , I was advised to call the next day again . I called on the 4th and they advised that the payment is showing and they will have the contract cancelled . Instead they advised they will cancel on the 14th and that is not their company policy. they request a 30 day notice to cancel a contract yet they failed to cancel it on the 30th March or 31st latest even when after I have paid them and have told them before 30 days to cancel the contract . This company its a ***** company now they want me to pay again on April after giving them a notice in time for them to cancel and paid them and they now want me to suffer cause their systems are slow. This company is a ***** company that *****s from clients and they want me to upgrade after such an experience. They don't deserve to be in business . They are ***********.
