***** committed on contract number ***

I bought a P30 Lite on contract 3 months ago, the phone was delivered without a sim card, I called them several times but nothing was done, CELL C activated the sim on there side number ***, I am paying the contract even though I do not have a sim and the benefits, I called the number only to find out a Mr Mabuso answering my number!!!!!!! This is ***** how can two customers have the same number and both are paying!!!! I want the full amount paid by me on this contract to be refunded and a new number to be allocated to me.
