***** Committed by Cell C

I just got an SMS from Transunion that a "New payment profile" was uploaded under my name. As soon as i check, it is Cell C who somehow sent my details to the Credit Bureau that i have an account or contract with them.

I have never taken a contract with Cell and never had one. I called the customer care center and only a prepaid number is being picked up using my ID.

This is adversely affecting my credit profile and when i call Cell C's legal department, i'm on hold for 30min + EVERY TIME. Till to date i have not spoken to Cell C's legal department because i can't get a hold of them.

Cell C better fix this ASAP or else i will take legal action against them.
